The Custom Solutions Specialized Pickup and Delivery Service offers three levels—white-glove, threshold and basic delivery, tailored to the specific needs of the shipper, Roadway said.

“The addition of the new Roadway Custom Solutions Specialized Pickup and Delivery Service truly complements Roadway’s suite of supply chain solutions to better serve our retail customers and allows Roadway to access the rapid-growth home deliveries market,” said Terry Gilbert, president of Roadway.
