SAE International has announced three upcoming seminars in Troy, MI on the braking industry.

The Commercial Vehicle Braking Systems Seminar will run from Feb. 20-22, 2008, taught by Leonard Buckman. The seminar will cover predicting, maintaining and optimizing both medium-duty hydraulic brake systems and heavy-duty brake systems. The cost is $1395, or $1265 for SAE members.

The Hydraulic Brake Systems for Passenger Cars and Light Trucks Seminar, March 3-5, will analyze braking systems, discussing major components and performance expectations. The seminar will be taught by Thomas J. Hall and costs $1355 for non-members and $1225 for members.

On March 4-5, Michael A. Anleitner will lead the Wet Brake & Clutch Technology Seminar, covering the design of industrial machinery and vehicular clutches and brakes. The cost is $1115, or $995 for SAE members.
