Commercial and retail fueling equipment supplier OPW has appointed Susan Hathaway chief financial officer, replacing David Harris, who is retiring.

Hathaway joined parent company Dover in 2001, beginning with OPW Engineered Systems. In 2005, she took over as CFO for OPW Fluid Transfer Group. She will oversee the financial consolidation as OPW realigns six business units into three.

"Susan's experience, leadership style, and process-orientation are a great fit for OPW's global growth initiatives," said David Crouse, OPW president. "Susan is a key addition to our management team and I look forward to Susan's contribution to our strategic planning and deployment."
