ZF Sachs, the powertrain and suspension components division of ZF, has received the 2007 Daimler Trucks Masters of Quality Award from Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA), making it one of 43 Daimler suppliers to receive the award.

“We rate the suppliers on several categories, including on-time delivery, pricing, and quality, along with aftermarket, accounting, service, warranty, and engineering support,” said Leo Connolly, quality development engineer, Daimler Trucks North America. “The award shows that ZF Sachs went the extra yard to meet our expectations throughout the year and reflects the company’s focus on excellence.”

ZF Sachs provides cab and chassis shock absorbers for DTNA vehicles such as the Cascadia.
