Bendix to host “tech talks” at MATS

LOUISVILLE, KY. Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems will host its Tech Talk Series this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY.

The talks will include air disc and drum foundation brakes, air treatment and charging systems, and advanced safety technologies. Bendix product and service experts will offer “how-to” demonstrations, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and discussion of the issues and technologies shaping the commercial vehicle industry.

Open to all show attendees, the 15-minute Tech Talks begin at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, March 21. The final session is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., Saturday, March 23. The full slate of 15 Tech Talks will take place at Bendix’s booth, No. 32305 in the South Hall.

The Bendix Tech Talks will cover a variety of topics, including subjects such as alignment techniques of the new radar powering Bendix Wingman Advanced – A Collision Mitigation Technology; proper replacement friction for high performance drum brakes; and air disc brake maintenance and inspection techniques.
