Factoring company exhibits accounts receivable software

March 26, 2014

LOUISVILLE. Freight invoice factoring company e2b technologies is showcasing its flagship accounts receivable management software this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show.

Anytime Collect is a freight invoice factoring alternative for trucking, transportation, and logistics companies that allows them to automate their accounts receivable collections and claims management processes, the company said.

The software integrates seamlessly with accounting, ERP, and transportation management systems (TMS), streamlining the entire credit and collections process with built-in tools to quickly resolve claims related to overage, shortage, and damage (OS&D) billing and rating issues. The software automates customer communications, provides cash forecasts, and enables online bill pay so businesses can get paid faster.

Supporting documents such as freight bills, bills of lading, and proof of delivery can be integrated providing a centralized location with everything the credit department needs to effectively manage current and outstanding accounts receivable.

“Accounts receivable is one of the largest assets for companies in this industry, yet the average days sales outstanding is typically more than twice the agreed upon terms,” said Bill Baker, vice president of sales for Anytime Collect. “In an industry where profit margins are low and cash flow is a chronic problem, transportation providers need a steady source of cash to support their business. An A/R management solution like Anytime Collect provides a huge opportunity for these companies to reduce DSO, lower bad-debt, and significantly increase cash flow without taking on the risks and fees associated with traditional financing practices.”
