Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. and Maddocks Systems Inc. announced their mutual decision to remain separate companies. This terminates a non-binding letter of intent announced on July 7, 2004.

“We remain impressed by Maddocks’ products and technology,” said Vari Ghai, president & CEO of Digital Dispatch. “Yet it is clear, given the results of our due diligence, combining our operations is not in the best interest of our shareholders.”
