Fort Mill, SC-based Alemite, a provider of lubrication and fluid-handling systems, has expanded its line of hose reels with the launch of its narrow footprint, double-post reels and twin hose reels.

“The new double-post reels combine the quality and durability of our existing single-post severe-duty reels with a second post and arm for added strength and stability,” said product manager Anne Brantley. She noted the reels’ smaller footprint make them an “ideal choice for mounting on service vehicles where space is at a premium.”

As for the new twin-hose reels, Brantley said they are being offered in three configurations: single post/severe duty; double post/narrow footprint; and high capacity for heavy hoses up to 80 ft. in length. She noted that applications include construction and service truck applications where hydraulic cylinders, tools and equipment are used.
