Artisan, a non-asset 3PL firm, has announced completing its 850,000th specialized and container (racks) shipment.
Artisan provides transportation for construction equipment, machinery, racks, presses, dies, electronics, assembly lines, dunnage, robotics, lab equipment and fuel cells. Some of the more interesting moves have included transporting 6,500-ton presses, large sculptures, sensitive lab and research equipment, and power plants. Some of its projects require multi-year timelines due to the precision required in sequencing shipments, Artisan said.
