ConocoPhillips offer new oils for ’07

Houston-based ConocoPhillips has introduced a premium synthetic blend diesel engine oil, Guardol ECT, created to meet the API CJ-4 service category for lubricants used in EPA-‘07-compliant engines

Houston-based ConocoPhillips has introduced a premium synthetic blend diesel engine oil, Guardol ECT, created to meet the API CJ-4 service category for lubricants used in EPA-‘07-compliant engines.

Guardol ECT (Emissions Compatible Technology) is backwards-compatible, which means it can be used in pre-‘07 engines as well.

The lubricant supplier also announced the introduction of Fleet Supreme EC (Emissions Compliant), which also meets the CJ-4 spec. ConocoPhillips said it developed this diesel engine oil specifically for fleets interested in an “economically efficient” oil.
