Carl Heikel is taking over as president and CEO of Kansas City, MO-based used truck dealership chain Arrow Truck Sales starting August 1, succeeding Ed Justis who is leaving to pursue other interests.
Heikel has been managing director of Volvo Trucks de Mexico since May 2000 and has worked for AB Volvo since 1976, beginning his career in Volvo Construction Equipment’s parts division. Heikel also spent three years as vp in charge of used truck activity for Volvo Truck Corp.’s European Division before taking over the company’s Mexico subsidiary.
