ArvinMeritor Inc. has appointed Nicholas Exton vp of corporate development. Exton, who previously served as director of corporate development, will be responsible for leading and coordinating merger, acquisition, joint venture and divestiture initiatives. Before joining ArvinMeritor, Exton was vp, business development, at Lucas Varity Heavy Vehicle Systems in Dayton, OH.
