AUX's new generator model increases kilowatt output from 4 kw to 5.4 kw, enough to handle the electrical load required to warm up a truck's engine block and operate heating and air conditioning systems without having to run the truck's engine.

The generator consumes roughly 1/10 gal of diesel per hour to operate and contains only 90 moving parts, versus 200 to 300 parts in other auxiliary generator models, the company said.
