Cardinal debuts Internet-based driver recruiting

To increase its presence in the nationwide electronic marketplace for professional truck drivers, Cardinal Logistics Management, a third-party logistics provider based in Concord, NC, has introduced a new driver-recruiting feature on its website. Cardinal said this new recruiting feature allows for a prospective driver to view existing nationwide opportunities with Cardinal and review requirements
To increase its presence in the nationwide electronic marketplace for professional truck drivers, Cardinal Logistics Management, a third-party logistics provider based in Concord, NC, has introduced a new driver-recruiting feature on itswebsite. Cardinal said this new recruiting feature allows for a prospective driver to view existing nationwide opportunities with Cardinal and review requirements for those positions. Selections can be made from the three following options: Contract Driver Program, Employee Driver Program and Driver/Contractor opportunities.

In addition, Cardinal said its driver-recruiting feature allows an interested applicant to schedule an interview or submit information directly to the project or regional recruiting manager for the specific position of interest. Cardinal said it is also working on developing a virtual "driver's lounge" complete with surveys, safety information, referral programs, maintenance tips and other information.
