Indianapolis-based Celadon said its Internet venture, TruckersB2B, generated operating income of $300,000 on revenue of $2 million in its second fiscal quarter, up from $200,000 on revenue of $1.7 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2002.

For the first six months of its fiscal year, Celadon said its net income rose to $1.9 million on revenues of $184.4 million, up from net income of $300,000 on revenues of $162.2 million in the first half of fiscal 2002.

Celadon noted that its 14% higher revenues reflected, in part, the impact of higher rates that helped offset increased fuel expenses.
