Officials of Central Freight Lines Inc., a southwestern U.S. trucking company, said it will offer 5.7 million shares in its planned initial public offering priced between $13 and $15 per share. The company has applied for listing on Nasdaq under the symbol CENF. Bear Stearns, Legg Mason Wood Walker, Morgan Keegan & Company and Stephens Inc. are the underwriters.
