Consolidated Freightways has generated $270 million from the sale of 143 properties since it filed for bankruptcy in September 2002 and sales are continuing.
Next on the block are three properties up for auction in Woodinville, Tacoma and Olympia, Washington scheduled for November 20. A price of $1.6 million has been set for the Woodinville property, where 45 CF employees had worked. In Tacoma, where 50 people worked, the floor price is $2 million. The Olympia distribution facility, where nine people worked, has a starting price of $190,000.
