Gooden replaces William Flynn, who has been named CEO of GeoLogistics Corp. A 32-year veteran of CSX and formerly president of CSXI, Gooden will now lead CSXT's largest commercial group, representing almost half of the company's revenue. He will oversee the sales and marketing of key commodities, including chemicals, paper and forest products, agricultural products, minerals, food and consumer goods, phosphates and fertilizers and metals.

Blumenfeld moves from CSXT's electronic business division to replace Gooden as president of CSXI. Blumenfeld has extensive experience managing operating businesses and manufacturing facilities, having spent several years with CSXT and CSX Technology and 14 years with General Electric.
