Dana Appoints Chairman

Dana Corp. has announced that its president & CEO, Michael Burns, will be given the additional post of chairman. Burns succeeds Glen Hiner, who has served the position since the death of former chairman and CEO, Joe Magliochetti last September. The assignment is “keeping with Dana’s planned transition process,” says the release. Hiner will continue as a director, a role he served since 1993.
