Eaton restructures aftermarket division

Eaton Corp. announced today that it has reorganized its Truck Aftermarket Division, adding three leadership roles, as it attempts to improve sales and service. Josette Russell is appointed manager, Marketing and Business Development; she will lead the strategic development, product management, marketing and growth development activities. Eaton Corp. announced today that it has reorganized its Truck Aftermarket Division, adding three leadership roles, as it attempts to improve sales and service.

Josette Russell is appointed manager, Marketing and Business Development; she will lead the strategic development, product management, marketing and growth development activities.

Chris Shemas is appointed sales manager, NAFTA; she will lead aftermarket sales growth efforts both at OEM accounts and with distributors.

Steve Melvin is appointed Service Product Development manager.

"Aftermarket growth is key to the truck business unit's overall strategy of creating value for our customers and reducing the overall cyclical nature of our traditional markets," said Truck Aftermarket gm Jeff Romig.
