Fuel card company hires CEO

Prior to that he was president and CEO of Harmonic Systems, Inc., based in Minneapolis, which was acquired by Alliance in 1998.

Founded in 1988, Nashville-based TransPlatinum provides fleet management services. Its parent company, Memphis-based National Commerce Financial, sells and markets diversified financial and consulting services. It has $18 billion in assets and some 400 locations throughout the Southeast.
