Hall Named to U.S. Xpress’s Board of Directors

U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. announced today that James E. Hall, former chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), was elected to the U.S. Xpress board of directors at the company's annual shareholders’ meeting in Chattanooga, TN. Hall was appointed a member of NTSB in October 1993 and was named chairman by President Clinton in June 1994. He served in that capacity until resigning
U.S. Xpress Enterprises Inc. announced today that James E. Hall, former chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), was elected to the U.S. Xpress board of directors at the company's annual shareholders’ meeting in Chattanooga, TN.

Hall was appointed a member of NTSB in October 1993 and was named chairman by President Clinton in June 1994. He served in that capacity until resigning from the board this January.

Hall is a partner in the law firm of Dillon, Hall & Lungershausen and heads up the firm's office in Washington, D.C. as well as its transportation safety, crisis management and governmental relations practices.
