KLLM issuing drivers longevity bonuses

KLLM Transport Services Inc. said it is making a $10,000 longevity bonus payout for drivers who worked for the refrigerated carrier for five years and drove at least 110,000 miles per year. Director of recruiting Kirk Blankenship said 148 company drivers will receive the bonus in September, and about 30 more will receive it before the end of the year. Director of recruiting Kirk Blankenship said 148 company drivers will receive the bonus in September, and about 30 more will receive it before the end of the year.

Blankenship said the first group of 45 owner-operators will receive their longevity incentive checks in April 2004.
