Logistics Management Resources Inc. (LMRI) announced today that is has reached an agreement to acquire Interstate University Inc., a certified driver training school headquartered in Evansville, IN.

"This is an important step in the rebuilding of our company," said Dan L. Pixler, chairman & CEO of LMRI. "It will provide an opportunity for us to have immediate operating revenues with the potential for profits and growth."

The school was founded in 1989 and reports approximately $2 million in gross revenues on an annual basis.
