Mack continues ATA sponsorship

Mack Trucks, Inc. has agreed to continue its sponsorship of the American Trucking Assns.' Share the Road highway safety program for a third consecutive year. The program is designed to enhance the safety of America's roadways by teaching car drivers how to safely share the road with tractor-trailers. Mack Trucks, Inc. has agreed to continue its sponsorship of the American Trucking Assns.' Share the Road highway safety program for a third consecutive year.

The program is designed to enhance the safety of America's roadways by teaching car drivers how to safely share the road with tractor-trailers.

"Mack is very pleased to continue our sponsorship of such an important effort," said president & CEO Paul Vikner. "Enhancing the safety of our nation's roadways is a top priority of Mack, as well as our dealers and our customers."

The Share the Road program uses as spokespeople members of ATA's America's Road Team, a group of professional truck drivers with exemplary safety records. The drivers travel to cities throughout the country and conduct safety demonstrations for the media in an effort to reach the driving public.
