Menlo Logistics appoints two vps

Third party logistics provider Menlo Worldwide Logistics has promoted John Beckett to vp of operations and appointed Allan Meyers vp, controller and treasurer. Beckett joined Redwood City, CA-based Menlo as a director of operations in 1995 and has managed a number of projects for clients such as IBM, Electrolux, Ricoh and others. For the 15 years prior to joining Menlo, Beckett worked for NCR Corporation

Beckett joined Redwood City, CA-based Menlo as a director of operations in 1995 and has managed a number of projects for clients such as IBM, Electrolux, Ricoh and others. For the 15 years prior to joining Menlo, Beckett worked for NCR Corporation where he held assignments in finance, strategy, reengineering, manufacturing and logistics.

Meyers is a certified public accountant who comes to Menlo with 19 years of experience in audit, finance and strategic planning. He most recently was director of strategic planning and analysis for Vancouver, WA-based LTL carrier Consolidated Freightways.
