New Penn Motor Express, Inc. has been certified by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as an approved partner in the U.S./Canada Border Highway Carrier Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and the Free And Secure Trade (FAST) programs. New Penn Motor Express, Inc. has been certified by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as an approved partner in the U.S./Canada Border Highway Carrier Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and the Free And Secure Trade (FAST) programs.

Free And Secure Trade (FAST) is a joint initiative of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) to support moving pre-approved eligible goods across the border quickly and verifying trade compliance away from the border.

New Penn has also received notification from the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) that it is approved for the Customs Self Assessment program and will receive final approval shortly from CCRA for the Partners in Protection (PIP) program.
