NYC bridge re-opened

The Williamsburg Bridge in New York City was shut down at about 8:40 a.m. today after a jogger saw three men climbing down the side of it. However, police said the two men from Massachusetts and a third from Rhode Island were not terrorists, but were described as drunk. The bridge was re-opened at about 10:20 a.m. However, the incident caused police to search every major bridge in the metropolitan
The Williamsburg Bridge in New York City was shut down at about 8:40 a.m. today after a jogger saw three men climbing down the side of it. However, police said the two men from Massachusetts and a third from Rhode Island were not terrorists, but were described as drunk.

The bridge was re-opened at about 10:20 a.m. However, the incident caused police to search every major bridge in the metropolitan New York area.

The Manhattan Bridge was also closed for a brief period during the incident.
