Houston-based Pennzoil-Quaker State Co. has appointed Dan Arcy to the new position of director of OEM business development.

Arcy joined Pennzoil in 1989 in the technical services group. Since 1997, when he was named product manager, he has been responsible for the testing, formulation and development of all Pennzoil-Quaker State Co. heavy-duty engine oils. Arcy is an SAE member and serves on the American Petroleum Institute's Diesel Engine Oil Advisory Panel.
