    Third party logistics company OrderPro Logistics plans to acquire Kansas City, KA-based Great Plains Trucking Co., the first move in what OrderPro calls a plan to build the company's revenue and asset base through an "aggressive acquisition roll up" strategy.

    Great Plains, which operates within the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States, earns roughly $1 million a year. Tucson, AZ-based OrderPro plans to expand Great Plains' owner-operator base from seven to 14, then eventually to 21 total.
