Roadway Express opens new freight terminal

Less-than-truckload carrier Roadway Express is opening a new freight terminal serving the greater Inland Empire area of California. The new terminal, which opens this month, replaces and consolidates three existing Roadway facilities in Fontana, San Bernardino and Ontario, CA. The 178-door terminal will be staffed by 200 employees and will serve a fleet of 72 tractors and 180 trailers, Roadway added.
