Roadway Recognized for “Good Service”

Roadway Express, Inc., has been presented the “2003 Quality Carrier of the Year” award by Hamilton Sundstrand, an aerospace supplier. The honor recognizes Roadway as being among the supplier’s top carriers, Hamilton Sundstrand said. The analysis of Roadway’s service was based on six categories: transit performance, customer service, billing, loss, damage claims, and value.
