TelaPoint, Inc., is fine-tuning its TelaFuel Internet software system to help streamline communications and manage fuel replenishment processes for the trucking arms of major petroleum producers in the United States.
Petroleum transporters use TelaFuel’s Web browser-based system to improve order and delivery communications with retail fuel marketers across the U.S. With TelaFuel, petroleum carriers can view real-time inventory information and receiving, dispatching and communicating delivery of fuel orders securely via the Internet, TelaPoint said.
The system also eliminates costly and slow manual processes commonly in use today, the company added.
