The Truck Blue Book agenda features sessions on sales negotiation, B2B marketing, and customer service organizers say attending this event will allow dealer principals, managers and sales personnel to reinvent and hone their selling and management skills.

The seminar kicks off with keynote speaker Bryan Flanagan of Ziglar Training Systems presenting “Sell By Design, Not By Chance.”

The Saturday program features an Industry Leaders Forum with speakers Dan Sobic, assistant gm of Peterbilt Motors, Susan Alt, vp of marketing at Volvo Trucks N.A. and James Marcoux, vp worldwide engine sales & marketing for International Truck and Engine.
