XATA's sales decline

XATA Corp. today reported net sales of $1.7 million for its second fiscal quarter, compared to net sales of $3.3 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2002. XATA's net loss for the quarter was $1.4 million compared to a let loss of $855,000 in the same period last year. Because of lower than anticipated revenue in the second fiscal quarter, the company has revised its fiscal 2003 revenue expectations
XATA Corp. today reported net sales of $1.7 million for its second fiscal quarter, compared to net sales of $3.3 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2002.

XATA's net loss for the quarter was $1.4 million compared to a let loss of $855,000 in the same period last year.

Because of lower than anticipated revenue in the second fiscal quarter, the company has revised its fiscal 2003 revenue expectations and currently projects revenue for the full 2003 fiscal year to be essentially flat.
