The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has relocated its public meeting concerning the implementation of the North American Standard for Protection Against Shifting or Falling Cargo

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has relocated its public meeting concerning the implementation of the North American Standard for Protection Against Shifting or Falling Cargo. The devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina has prompted the agency to move the location from Biloxi, MS, to the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, on Sept. 29-30.

The notice was published in the Federal Register [Docket No. FMCSA-2005-22056] today. Reservations can be made by contacting the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis by phone (317) 632-1234 or by fax (317) 616-6299.
