International Truck & Engine Corp. has met its customers’ woes at the fuel pumps with an offer for a $1,000 prepaid MasterCard debit card with the purchase of a qualifying International 4200, 4300 or 4400 truck.

The OEM is also offering an additional $250 to the prepaid card when a customer in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska, finances the truck purchase with Navistar Financial Corp. This promotion applies to orders received between July 1 and Oct. 31.

“International recognizes that the high price of fuel significantly impacts its customers’ bottom line,” said Mike Elwell, International director of marketing—medium vehicle center. “With this promotion, International hopes to alleviate some of the financial burden that its customers are facing, while continuing to deliver top-quality trucks with outstanding service.”
