Schneider buys stake in IL distribution park

Schneider National acquired land at Gateway Commerce Center

Schneider National, Inc. has acquired 24.4 acres of land at Gateway Commerce Center in Madison County, IL.

Gateway Commerce Center is a 2,300-acre distribution park that is being developed by St. Louis-based TriStar Business Communities. Previously, USF Holland, Inc. acquired 29 acres of land at Gateway to develop a 100-door truck terminal.

“We are committed to making Gateway a world-class distribution park with a plethora of services of benefit to park residents,” said TriStar’s president, Michael Towerman.
