Youngstown, OH-based Falcon Transportation Co. will use TMWSuite software from TMW Systems to manage its automotive, flatbed and general commodities divisions

Youngstown, OH-based Falcon Transportation Co. will use TMWSuite software from TMW Systems to manage its automotive, flatbed and general commodities divisions. Falcon will use the software in place of its in-house system to operate a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles.

TMWSuite will help Falcon better integrate processes into the operating system, including billing, driver settlement and rating, the software company said. TMW’s TotalMail module, which enables driver-to-dispatcher communication, will improve EDI transactions and integrate with the carrier’s existing Qualcomm on-board satellite communications units, noted TMW.

Falcon will implement the ResultsNow real-time performance reporting application and The Dawg business-monitoring tool to more quickly adapt to delivery exceptions.

“Our tools will enable Falcon to more closely track performance, enhance profitability and competitiveness and increase customer satisfaction,” said Tom Weisz, TMW Systems’ president & CEO.
