TSE Brakes, Inc. is introducing a new mounting base design that will improve fatigue life on its brakes, according to the manufacturer. The new “high vibration” design incorporates changes to mounting stud reinforcement plates and weld locations.

“Although TSE’s current mounting base design has been very successful in the field, the off-road environment poses extreme requirements for durability,” says Paul Clark, TSE’s managing engineer. “In addressing these demands, TSE has engineered a solution that will benefit all our products, so we are standardizing the HV design across the board.”
