PrePass growth topped 400,000 trucks last month with the enrollment of a truck by Bennett International Group in McDonough, GA. The PrePass system grid of participating weigh stations has also continued to grow with the recent addition of 22 new sites in Georgia, Maryland and Utah.

Marcia Taylor, President and CEO of Bennett International Group said, "Our participation in PrePass has been good for our business, saving us time and money, which is vital to our future success as we grow as a company. And owner/operators love it."

PrePass is also considered to be a valued service among Georgia's motor carriers. According to Ed Crowell, president of the Georgia Motor Trucking Association, "Georgia's decision to deploy PrePass is a big boost to our carriers because it will save them time and fuel as they travel throughout the state and the Southeastern US."

PrePass(R) is a coast-to-coast system enabling qualified motor carriers to comply electronically with state weight, safety and credential requirements while traveling at normal highway speeds rather than stopping at state truck inspection facilities.

Motor carrier participation is strictly voluntary and carrier eligibility is subject to state safety qualifications.

"It's fitting that a Georgia-based motor carrier enrolled the 400,000th vehicle in the PrePass program," said Richard P. Landis, president and CEO of HELP Inc, the public-private partnership that offers the PrePass service. "We've just completed the deployment of our time- and money-saving technology at 15 locations in Georgia, making PrePass very attractive for Georgia-based carriers."

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., (ACS) is the system integrator and operator of the PrePass(R) system. ACS is a premier provider of business process outsourcing and information technology solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. ACS is a Fortune 500 company with more than 58,000 people supporting client operations in nearly 100 countries.
