Lee TranServices, a provider of compliance and risk management services, has unveiled a new CSA compliance tool. The CSAdvantage solution will give Lee TranServices clients an integrated solution to compile and monitor roadside inspections, CSA data, and hours-of-service violations.

“Lee TranServices has been preparing for CSA implementation since the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration first began planning for it several years ago,” said David Radke, Lee TranServices senior vice president of administration and general counsel. “We’ve been actively soliciting information and feedback from our clients as to what would be most helpful, and most needed to respond to CSA effectively. It was vital to us that the solution we offer for CSA be of the same superior quality of all of our other services.”

ACS, a Xerox company, and Vigillo, assisted in the creation of CSAdvantage.

The solution provides integrated driver data, company interventions, and an overall workflow process by measuring driver performance. That data is combined with web-based training tools to increase knowledge and reduce the risk of an FMCSA intervention.

Lee TranServices will also make its fuel tax management solution available through ACS. The software assists in compliance with fuel tax reporting and risk/liability reduction.

ACS customers now have the ability to receive driver qualification services from Lee TranServices, ensuring drivers meet and maintain FMCSA qualification requirements including but not limited to background and drug and alcohol testing requirements.
