Cascade Sierra Solutions (CSS) recently announced that the non-profit organization has received a $500 donation from Advanced Energy Solutions of Bellmawr, NJ. 

"We are grateful to Advanced Energy Solutions for their donation to support green trucking," said Sharon Banks, CEO and founder of Cascade Sierra Solutions. "Companies like Advanced Energy Solutions help larger industrial firms run their businesses more profitably with lower environmental impact; CSS helps small trucking businesses run more efficiently and reduce emissions. Their generous support of our outreach efforts improves profitability for more American companies, while improving air quality for everyone."

Advanced Energy Solutions is a multi-faceted engineering/consulting company that analyzes designs and implements energy reduction solutions within industrial facilities to reduce power consumption. According to the company, by implementing a whole-facility approach to reducing energy consumption, they help their clients lower their carbon footprint and energy costs from 8% up to 12%.

Since its inception in 2006, Cascade Sierra Solutions noted that it has provided financing and grant assistance to upgrade or replace over 9,500 vehicles—saving, what the organization describes as “over 50 Olympic swimming pools of diesel fuel.”
