Dupré Logistics hires Bob Verret as CIO

Bob Verret has been hired by Dupré Logistics as vice president and chief information officer.

Bob Verret has been hired by Dupré Logistics as vice president and chief information officer.  As CIO, Verret oversees the companies’ technology systems that coordinate its business and logistics functions, the company said.

“We are fortunate to be able to hire Bob to lead both our infrastructure and our software development efforts” said Reggie Dupré, president and CEO. “Having the right technology in place is essential to support our ongoing growth in both our asset and our asset-light businesses. Bob has a proven track record in our industry of leading technology investment growth initiatives such as the ones we are making.”

According to the company, Verret’s professional background includes leadership positions with United Vision Logistics, Greatwide Logistics, and Ceva Logistics. Verret reports to Dupré, and is a member of the Dupré executive management team.
