HighJump, Grizella announce enhanced carrier monitoring integration

HighJump, a provider of supply chain management solutions, and Grizella, a software provider for the freight transportation industry, announced enhancements to the integration between HighJump’s Prophesy DispatchSeries Software and Grizella’s SaferWatch, a motor carrier risk management solution.

Prophesy DispatchSeries Software, a transportation management solution designed to manage all aspects of a trucking or freight brokerage operation, has expanded its interface with SaferWatch, the carrier qualification, onboarding and monitoring solution, which pulls data from multiple government agencies including FMCSA, DOT, SMS, and A.M. Best.

The enhanced integration allows users to view Carrier Certificates of Insurance data, as well as to download the actual CERT instantly and store it in the Dispatch Document Imaging module. The dispatch system will automatically monitor unlimited Carrier Insurance Certificates, and the user will receive alerts in real-time directly within their Prophesy Dispatch Software solution, the company said.

“We are pleased to expand our partnership with Grizella’s SaferWatch and offer instant access to such critical safety information,” said Bill Ashburn, CMO for HighJump and senior vice president of the HighJump Transportation business unit. “This powerful integration allows brokers to reduce their personal liability, and ensure that their reputation for customer service remains top notch.”

“HighJump has done a great job bringing SaferWatch’s advanced carrier qualification, onboarding and monitoring features to the Prophesy DispatchSeries. This provides Prophesy customers the benefits of the most advanced carrier due diligence and risk management solution available today", said Mark Draeb, president and CEO of Grizella.
