Mitchell 1 releases modular TruckSeries software suite

March 11, 2015

Mitchell I has released its new TruckSeries software suite for Class 4-8 trucks. The TruckSeries software suite is a single online application that provides truck service technicians the fastest, most complete and accurate solutions for every stage of the repair process.

“TruckSeries is the next generation of Mitchell 1’s suite of products for the commercial vehicle segment of our industry,” said Scott DeGiorgio, general manager of Mitchell 1’s commercial vehicle group. “By consolidating the products onto a single platform, technicians can now access the full information they need to repair trucks with one login. We are delighted to bring this convenient, time-saving solution to market to help service professionals perform their jobs more efficiently.”

Mitchell 1 has combined the data available in its original online truck products, Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net, Repair-Connect.net and TruckLabor, into a modular format that allows customers to activate the individual software products separately or as a bundled package from a single login.

A technician can estimate the labor time and access the information to correctly diagnose and complete the work, all within a few mouse clicks, the company said. TruckSeries also includes enhancements to vehicle selection, printing, search capabilities and user-friendly wiring diagrams.

Technicians have access to data with scalable wiring diagrams, digital pictures, DTC-to-diagnostics and more, delivered in seconds. Current subscribers to Mitchell 1 online truck products will transition to the new platform in a phased approach starting this month.
