Electronic Funds Source (EFS) announced its latest new transportation customer, Tennessee Steel Haulers (TSH), to transition to the EFS payments platform.
TSH, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is the latest trucking company to move its payments business to EFS. According to the company, TSH selected EFS because of its “forward-thinking approach and its ability to bring new technology to the industry and its customers, to help them run more efficiently.”
“EFS’ open architecture systems enabled them to directly integrate with our Transport Pro software system,” said Gregg Stanley, vice president of operations for TSH. “This flexibility for real-time integration allows us to be more efficient in how we’re managing our business with better quality data overall.”
EFS said it built a real-time interactive interface into TSH’s existing software system which eliminated process inefficiencies and provided more visibility and control over their transactions. TSH is utilizing a host of EFS services including cards, fuel management tools, permit services and mobile applications to help TSH’s drivers perform better on the road.
“We’re thrilled to have TSH onboard as the latest carrier to implement on the EFS platform,” said Tim Hampton, senior vice president of Fleet Sales for EFS. “Our ability to deliver a flexible, customized solution to meet TSH’s unique integration needs directly reflects our strategic approach to serving our customers and our industry. EFS is focused on leveraging our superior systems and applications to drive further technology advancements that will be unmatched in our industry.”
