Supply-chain software supplier Accellos has released an advanced tracking and managing system built on the Microsoft CRM foundation for freight claims.
Accellos One Claims offers companies the ability to capture salient information about a claim, including pictures and videos, and assign it to a company lifecycle and workflow. Using this information, users can cause specific events to take place, such as sending conditionally determined emails and generating and sending reports and letters, the company said.
“Especially in the difficult economy we find ourselves in, keeping track of the disposition of freight claims can have a significant financial effect on businesses with a healthy volume of daily shipments,” said Ross Elliott, CTO. “As we evaluated the business problem, it looked more and more like a CRM system would provide a great solution.
