A document-management upgrade to Aljex Software’s web-based transportation software will speed up the handling of signed delivery receipts by allowing a carrier or broker to bill the customer immediately.
According to Aljex, the upgrade will save time from the billing cycle and lower a company’s days billing outstanding, improving cash flow. It can also be used to manage digital files, such as digital photos of damaged freight and accident scenes, and allows for the easy saving and access of spreadsheets and videos associated with a load or shipment.
Available for both Aljex Classic and Aljex TIN (Transportation Intermediary Network), the update will be available to all software customers for no charge.
