A free CAT-Scale locator application for iPhones is now being offered by CAT Scale Co. through the iTunes online store. The company said the app will find the nearest CAT Scale by using the GPS installed on driver’s phones or devices.
Drivers can also find scales in other locations by searching by city, state or zip code. Driving directions are available as well
The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices. A link to the application can be found at www.catscale.com.
“This app is very easy to use and updated with any CAT Scale location changes on a daily basis, including new locations, truckstop name changes, etc.,” said marketing manager Heather DeBaillie. “We anticipate that many drivers will take advantage of this free tool.”
